PRIVACY POLICY

CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

You are required to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. It should be noted that if you forget to cancel within this period of time, 50% of your appointment rate will be charged to your credit card on file because if the appointment is cancelled on the same day, we will not be able to fill it. The fee for this appointment must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late to your appointment that time will be deducted from your appointment time. Example: If you booked a 60-minute (1 hr.) appointment and you arrived 10 minutes late you will have 50 minutes remaining for that appointment. You will be charged for the total rate of the appointment that you scheduled. Please note that after 15 minutes, the appointment must be rescheduled.

NO-CALL NO-SHOW

When you fail to call and show up for an appointment, the card that you have on file will be charged 100% of the appointment rate. Once this fee has been paid in full, you will be able to schedule another appointment.

FINANCING OR PACKAGE DEALS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. It is critical to note that if you fail to cancel within this period of time, you will forfeit a credit for the day. This is because if you cancel without proper notice, we won’t be able to fill your spot.
