Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No Shows
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate your full session.

Cancellations & No Shows
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Failure to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, or if client does not show for an appointment, client may be required to pay for their appointment in advance. If a client fails to show and or cancels with less than 24hrs notice a second time, the client’s credit card will automatically be billed for the full amount of session scheduled.

Payment Is Due At The Time of Treatment
We accept all major credit cards and Zelle. We do NOT accept Cash during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Referral Program
Refer a client and receive 15-minutes free after they complete their first paid session.
Client Health History Assessment
All clients must complete a health history assessment form before your first session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to complete it.
